Each franchisor’s situation is unique so we prepare a custom cost proposal for each franchisor with whom we work. Our rates are typically expressed as either a cost per inquiry or as a fixed monthly cost subject to increase if inquiries exceed a pre-determined number per month.
One example of this is a significant fee discount we offer new franchisors for an “introductory” period of the first few months we work together. This trial program gives you a low risk way to evaluate our service in a real world test environment. It also gives us a chance to monitor the exact effort and cost we will incur processing your specific inquiry flow.
After the first three to four months of processing, we will provide you with a firm proposal for ongoing services. After that you will have an additional 60 days at the discounted rate to decide whether or not to continue with our service at the ongoing rate.
