The amount of work and expense involved in responding in a meaningful manner to each and every inquiry can be overwhelming, especially for a small or mid-size franchisor. The response therefore is often sporadic and sometimes just doesn’t get done at all.
We also have special programs that can substantially reduce the processing costs we charge franchisors for our services, and we are happy to discuss these alternative programs with you.
One example of this is a significant fee discount we offer new franchisors for an “introductory” period of the first few months we work together. This trial program gives you a low risk way to evaluate our service in a real world test environment. It also gives us a chance to monitor the exact effort and cost we will incur processing your specific inquiry flow.
After the first three to four months of processing, we will provide you with a firm proposal for ongoing services. After that you will have an additional 60 days at the discounted rate to decide whether or not to continue with our service at the ongoing rate.
